First, ensure that the knee immobilizer is the correct size for your leg. The LivEasy Knee Immobilizer 19″ is designed for extra-large legs.
Place the knee immobilizer on your leg, with the wider end at the top and the narrower end at the bottom.
Secure the knee immobilizer in place using the straps provided. The straps should be snug but not too tight, as this can cause discomfort or restrict blood flow.
Adjust the straps as needed to ensure that the knee immobilizer is securely in place and that your leg is properly immobilized.
Do not secure it too tightly, as that would cut off blood supply.
Discontinue usage if pain increases, or you feel any other kind of discomfort, or rashes break out.
