At first, insert the spine support frame into the pocket of the corset.
Place the metal frame such that it is vertically positioned over your spine.
Insert your hands through the straps on either top sides of the brace.
Stretch the straps from both ends of the corset and lock the hook & loop closure.
Now, fix the hook & loop closure by tightening and wrapping it around your abdomen.
